Builds services for people with dementia that brings dogs back into their lives or supports them to continue their relationship with dogs. It aims to prove that dogs can help people with dementia maintain their waking, sleeping and eating routine, remind them to take medication, improve confidence, keep them active and engaged with their local community, as well as providing a constant companion who will reassure when facing new and unfamiliar situations.

I use the term CREATIVITY, not simply in the popular references to the creative arts, but in its broadest sense of how we approach everything we do throughout the day. Creativity to me means letting go of our old notions of doing something, being open to new experiences and allowing ourselves to be open to think out of the box and go with the flow and ebb of our situation and the people we work with.
The Brainy Day Activity Program was created to provide daily activities to enhance the lives of individuals with dementia. The program is self-contained, user-friendly and works equally well at home or in a long-term care community. Brainy Day is user-friendly and completely turnkey.
The Brainy Day Activity Program includes our sturdy yellow tote, 7 individual re-sealable bags with product and over 67 individual and group activities that were created to meet the cognitive, physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of individuals with memory loss. These activities provide achievable challenges, true engagement, purpose, laughter and joy.
A non-profit organization that produces America's award winning television exercise series, Sit and Be Fit. Each chair exercise program is carefully researched and designed by host Mary Ann Wilson, RN and a team of physical therapists, doctors, and exercise specialists. Sit and Be Fit has been broadcast since 1987 on PBS stations to over 86 million U.S. households annually, and is recognized by the National Council on Aging (NCOA) as a "Best Practice" program in health promotion and aging.
A therapeutic program for anyone already experiencing memory loss and wanting to actively fight the decline associated with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Because it is a completely non-invasive drug free program, there are none of the often dangerous side effects associated with taking additional medications. Because there is no clear line between normal age–related changes and the warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease, the Alzheimer’s Innovation Institute recommends that people diagnosed with dementia and their families should consider starting AMM as early as possible after diagnosis.
