Biographical Information
Tara is based in Melbourne, Australia. Tara or TMac as her PAC colleagues know her, can help you and your team understand that dementia care can be different by better understanding brain change and not memory loss. TMac is an advocate for Dementia Australia and she is currently studying a Bachelor of Dementia Care at the University of Tasmania, Australia. She was also a guest speaker at the 2020 PAC Conference - Living Under the Umbrella of Dementia. As a member of the \"sandwich generation\" TMac knows what it\'s like to try and care for a parent and children simultaneously - while trying to have her own life somewhere in between.
