How to Get Started with Your Online Group Learning Module

To help you and your team get started as quickly as possible, your purchase includes the first-time import of your team members.

Get Started with the Help of a PAC Team Member
(Strongly Recommended)

Step 1:

Download the Learner Excel file, and add all the information for the team members that you'd like to be added to your Online Group Learning module.

Step 2:

Email your completed Learner Excel file to Shelly Edwards at shellye@teepasnow.com, and include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Email used for purchasing your Online Group Learning module
  • Your timezone
  • Three time-windows in which you'd be available over the next two business days

Once received, Shelly will upload your learners for you and schedule your free 15-minute Group Leader dashboard overview.

How to Visit Your Group Leader Dashboard


You can always access your Group Leader dashboard by clicking this link.
(Tip: Bookmark that page for easy access in the future.)

However, if you don't have the link handy,
follow these steps to easily access your Group Leader dashboard:

Step 1. Visit https://teepasnow.com/login and enter your email address and password (the same you used or created when placing your Online Group Learning order in our store)
Step 2. After login, click on the blue "Member Menu" button that appears.
Step 3. In the sidebar that appears on the right side, click "My Dashboard"
Step 4. Once you're on your "My Dashboard" page, scroll down to "Group Leader Access" and click the blue "Go to Dashboard" button to arrive at your Group Leader Dashboard.

Adding One Learner at a Time



Step 1. From within your Group Leader dashboard, click on "Users", and then select "Add one" from the drop-down menu that appears

Step 2. In the window that opens, fill in all required data and click the "Add user" button to finish inviting the learner.

(Note: We recommend leaving the "Add and invite user" option on the very top of the window as set, and to not select the "Send enrollment key" option.)

The system will send the invited learner and email with further instructions.

How to Add Less Than 25 Learners



Step 1. From within your Group Leader dashboard, click on "Add multiple" from the drop-down menu that appears.

Step 2. In the table that opens, fill in all required data and click the "Add & Invite Users" button on the bottom of the table to finish inviting the learner.

The system will send each invited learner and email with further instructions.

Add More Than 25 Learners



Step 1. From within your Group Leader dashboard, click on "Users", and then select "Upload Users" from the drop-down menu that appears

Step 2. In the window that opens, click on the blue "Download a sample .csv file". Save this file on your computer.

In the downloaded .csv file, add your learners' information to each appropriate column. (Important: Please make sure to double-check the spelling of email addresses for any typos. Incorrect email addresses will not enroll the learner in the system.)

Once completed, make sure to save the file, and then click the  "Choose file" button in the window from which you downloaded the sample .csv file earlier.

From there, locate your file, select it, and click "Open." You should now see your file's name next to the "Choose file" button.

Step 3. Select the circle above "Add and invite users", and then click "Add Users" on the bottom of this window to begin your user import.

Step 4. After the system has uploaded and processed your import, you will be redirected back to your Group Leader dashboard with a message confirming the successful import.

At this time, the system will send an email to each of the email addresses you had listed in the .csv file you uploaded. This email will contain further instructions so each of your team member can access their accounts.

Have Learners Register Themselves



Step 1. From within your Group Leader dashboard, click on "Users", and then select "Download Keys" from the drop-down menu that appears. A .csv file will download to your computer.
Step 2. Open the .csv file you just downloaded to view the registration keys. Each row represents one learner's unique, one-time use registration key.

Step 3. Send each of your learners their unique, one-time use registration key together with this link: https://teepasnow.com/group-learner-registration-page/

On this page, your learner(s) will be able to set their own account password, and use their registration key so the system can automatically assign them to your group and chosen courses. (Email address required for account creation.)

Note: Upon setting up their account here for the first time, learners will access their accounts by logging in at www.teepasnow.com/login using their email and the password they created for themselves during their initial registration.



How to View and Download
Progress and Quiz Reports



How to View and Download Course Progress Reports



Step 1. Access your Group Leader dashboard, click "Reports", and then select "Course" from the drop-down menu.

Step 2. On the page that opens, select your Group (if you have more than one), and then select the Course you'd like to get progress data for
Step 3. On the page that opens, you can now choose to view the course progress data in the table below, or by selecting the "Export CSV" button.

How to View and Download Quiz Reports



Step 1. Access your Group Leader dashboard, click "Reports", and then select "Quiz" from the drop-down menu.

Step 2. On the page that opens, select your Group (if you have more than one), and then select the Course and the correlating quiz you'd like to see scores for.
Step 3. On the page that opens, you can now choose to view the quiz data in the table below, or by selecting the "CExport" button.

How Your Team Will Access Its Course(s)
After the Initial Account Registration

Please share these instructions with your team for easy access to their programs after their initial account registration. (Click here for a downloadable, printable version of these instructions.)

Step 1: Visit www.teepasnow.com/login, and use the email address and password you set during the initial account registration to log into the website.

(If you don't remember your password, please reset it.)

Step 2. After login, click on the blue "Member Menu" button that appears.
Step 3. In the sidebar that appears on the right side, click "My Dashboard"

Step 4. Once you're on your "My Dashboard" page, scroll down to "My Group Courses" and click the blue "Go to Dashboard" button to arrive at your group courses.

Tip: Bookmark the course page in your browser to access it quickly upon your next visit.)

Transitioning from an Education Kit

Thank you for making the decision to transition from an Education Kit to our new Online Group Learning platform!  We think you will enjoy the added features and ease of use.

To help you make the transition and migrate your existing users to an Online Learning Group we strongly recommend that you schedule a free 20-minute consult where we can walk you through that process.

Please follow the steps below to get started:

Important:
  • When migrating existing Education Kit users to an Online Learning Group, you need to enroll them in their new Group using their existing teepasnow.com account username.
  • Please note the username might be their email, their name or something else unique.  If you don’t have the correct information for your existing users it may result in duplicate user accounts or other enrollment errors.
Step 1:

Download the Learner Excel file, and fill in all of your team members that you'd like to be in your Online Group Learning module.

Please have this file completed and ready prior to scheduling your free migration consult.

Step 2:

Email your completed Learner Excel file to Shelly Edwards at shellye@teepasnow.com, and include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Email used for purchasing your Education Kit
  • Your timezone
  • Three time-windows in which you'd be available over the next two business days
