There are four different ways to add learners to your Group:
Adding one learner at a time
- In the "Users" drop-down of your Group Leader Dashboard, select "Add one"
- In the window that opens, enter the new learners first name, last name, and email address
- "Add and invite user" option:
- When having this option selected when clicking the "Add User" button on the bottom, the system will send the new learners an email invitation to finish setting up their account
- "Send Enrollment Key" option:
- When having this option selected when clicking the "Add User" button on the bottom, the system will send the new learners an enrollment key to enter on this registration page to complete account setup on their own
- When you filled in all information, click the "Add User" button. This will send the new learner an email with prompts to complete their account setup.
Adding multiple learners at a time
- In the "Users" drop-down of your Group Leader Dashboard, select "Add multiple"
- A table will open with fields to enter every learner's first name, last name, and email address
- Once you have added in the information for the learners you'd like to add, simply click the "Add & Invite Users" button below the table. This will send the new learners an email with prompts to complete their account setup.
Uploading new learners
- In the "Users" drop-down of your Group Leader Dashboard, select "Upload Users"
- In the window that opens, click the "Download a sample .csv file"
- Fill in your new learners' information in this .csv file as per the provided columns. Next, save the file on your computer.
- Click "Choose File" and select the .csv file to which you just added your learners' information
- Select whether you'd prefer to use the "Add and invite users" or the "Send enrollment keys" method:
- "Add and invite user" option:
- When having this option selected when clicking the "Add Users" button on the bottom, the system will send the new learners an email invitation to finish setting up their account
- "Send Enrollment Key" option:
- When having this option selected when clicking the "Add User" button on the bottom, the system will send the new learners an enrollment key to enter on this registration page to complete account setup on their own
- Click "Add Users" to complete the learners' import/upload.
Adding learners with Registration Keys
- In the "Users" drop-down of your Group Leader Dashboard, select "Download Keys". This will download a .csv with various registration keys to your computer.
- Share these single-use keys with your new learners together with this registration page so they can register their new account and be automatically added to your group.
