2021 Certifications – Travel or No Travel

We just finished putting the 2020 calendar back together after everything changed back in March. It’s September and I’m still trying to make it to October or November. I am so over 2020, I can’t wait for 2021. That’s it! I’m doing it! I’m going on that epic trip I’ve been dreaming of all my life; flip flops, bathing suit, sunscreen, and mask. Check, check, check, and check. Ready to go.

Are you ready to travel in 2021 or not? Do you have similar feelings, thoughts, or reactions to thinking about 2021? Here are a few thoughts from the PAC team on traveling.

What is your dream travel plan?

Somewhere warm, with the hotel rooms right out over top the water.

Making stops in multiple states on a longer trip.

With my history, my dreams about travel often involve simply getting where I am supposed to be, when I am supposed to be there, aisle seats, clean restrooms, good coffee spots, good sights to enjoy, and short TSA lines with friendly, reasonable people!

What do you think travel will look like in 2021?

I don’t know, it's not looking like my dream travel plan.

I think that car travel will increase from now until then but travel by plane will still remain lower.

Still with masks and hand sanitizer and still without a vaccine? Likely just like most of 2020.

If PAC could have an in-person certification course (safely) where should it be?

Montana. I haven't been there yet and I would really like to go during the summer.

Washington D.C./Virginia area

East coast, maybe North Carolina

I’m curious what do you think about travel in 2021?
