Educational Days: Chelsea, MI

Monday, May 15, 2017 or Tuesday, May 16, 2017.

You can choose to attend two different workshops on either day. Continental breakfast is included for those attending the morning sessions, from 7:30-8:15 AM, and lunch is included for those attending the afternoon sessions, from 12:00-12:45 PM.

Dementia 360: Seeing it from All Directions, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Learning the Difference Between Confrontational & Supportive Communication, 1:00 – 4:00 pm
