2018 Dementia Care from Start to Finish

8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Registration begins an 8:00 a.m.

Registration: $100 for all registrants through September 14 seeking CE’s regardless of age or student status. Registration opens July 1, 2018 and closes Sept. 18, 2018 at midnight.

Senior and Student rate: $50 not seeking CE’s

Walk-ins: $125 for all registrants and based on availability of seating. We only accept checks for
walk-in registrations. Lunch is included with registration.

Lunch, refreshments and CE certificates are included in the registration cost. 

CEU’s available for multiple disciplines including Nursing, Social Work, Nursing Home Administration, Speech and Language Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, and more.

 

Teepa Snow

Teepa is an occupational therapist working as a dementia care and dementia education specialist. She has over 33 years of clinical experience in the field of geriatrics and dementia care, as well as having provided care to family members with dementing illnesses. Currently, she has an independent practice as well as clinical appointments with Duke University’s School of Nursing and UNC-CH School of Medicine. She provides interactive and creative educational and practical hands-on training sessions to organizations and providers throughout the US and Canada. She has been actively involved in teaching and clinical research projects throughout her practice career.
